KICKBOXING

Working out should be fun and we guarantee you will enjoy releasing some stress out in this class.  Whether you are looking to mix up your routine or learn a new method of self defense, our coaches will make sure your technique is on point. This fitness based kickboxing class will have your heart racing and your confidence through the roof.

Boxing

The art of western boxing is essential for any well rounded combative athlete. This combination of speed and power in this class will have you, "floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee!."

OMEGA GRAPPLING

Whether you´re a former wrestler looking to get back in shape or simply trying to learn how to defend yourself, this class will have your heart rate elevated as you gain knowledge in the most effective self defense strategies.

Strength and Conditioning 

Whether you are trying to drop times in the swimming pool, increase your vertical, or looking to increase strength on the mat, this class will aide in every area.  Our trainers work directly with clients in order to improve strength and speed for their specific sport. This class has an open door format so it begins when you get there.

OMEGA SCHOOL of WRESTLING

The Omega School of Wrestling is committed to offering multiple areas of focus that will have members well rounded in all areas of competition.  Classes start in Pre-k (level I) fundamentals and range into college level V courses.
